Mango Orange
Ingredients
- 2 orange segments
- 2 teaspoons of cane sugar cane sugar
- 30 ml gin
- Pulp of 1/2 passion fruit
- Mongozo Mango for topping up
Shake and taste
Place the orange segments and the cane sugar in a tumbler. Then crush them using a muddler (a masher). Add the pulp of half a passion fruit. Fill the glass right up to the top with crushed ice. Then add the gin and the Mongozo Mango. Stir well from bottom to top. Garnish with a quarter of a passion fruit and orange zest.
