- 30 ml Tequila
- 30 ml lime juice (1/2 lime)
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Mongozo Banana for topping up
Shake and taste
Fill a cocktail glass with ice to cool it down. Pour the Tequila, the lime juice and the sugar syrup into a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice, right up to the top, and shake for approximately ten seconds. Discard the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the cocktail as you pour it from the shaker into the cocktail glass. Top off with Mongozo Banana. Garnish with lime peel.
